Super Souper was not working as petrol ran out: Sidhu on cancellation of US-Ireland match

After the US-Ireland match was canceled due to rain, commentator Navjot Singh Sidhu has revealed that the Super Souper had stopped working when it ran out of petrol. He said, "The ICC should not let the circumstances... the weather dictate." Actually, due to cancellation of the match, America reached Super 8 and Pakistan had to be eliminated.
