BSE and NSE imposed fine of around ₹10 lakh each on RCF
BSE and NSE have imposed a fine of about ₹10 lakh each on public sector company Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) for not following the rules on board composition. At the same time, the company has requested BSE and NSE to waive the fine. According to the company, the right to appoint directors rests with the Central Government.
