India became the country that bought the most oil from Russia in July, overtook China.
India has become the largest importer of Russian oil by surpassing China in the matter of purchasing oil from Russia. Russian oil accounted for 44% of the oil imported by India in July. According to the report, India exported 2.07 million barrels/day (bpd) of oil from Russia in July while China's exports stood at 1.76 million bpd.
