Man claims - after ordering fish dish on Zomato, he was sent beef, company responded
A person in Mumbai has said on 'X' that after ordering a fish dish on Zomato, he was delivered beef rice. The person has shared screenshots of the chat with Zomato customer support in which he has said that he will lodge a complaint. Zomato wrote on 'X', "Send order details... so that we can resolve the issue immediately."
