Many women who got citizenship under CAA tied Rakhi to Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Rakshabandhan on Monday. While sharing the pictures on X, Goyal wrote, "I am very happy that due to the strong will of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, all these sisters have been able to get Indian citizenship under CAA."
